Pakistan Flood Appeal
A donation from the Frisky Friday Rides at 6.15pm over the next few weeks will go to the appeal. So make your ride count.
Never Give Up Your Dreams & Open Weekend
Please confirm your place on the rides ASAP if you have not already done so.
The weekend will give LifesCycle friends old and new a chance to meet the whole team, try out new classes and to be a part of shaping the centre. As well as raising some funds for charity, we also hope to be able to use some of the proceeds of the event to drive forward new developments and support LIfesCycle over the new season. Why not use the opportunity to fund raise yourself and get sponsored to do 3 hours of indoor cycling.
