Prices 

LifesCycle proud to have kept its prices the same for nearly 3 years, but with new bikes and

higher overheads, we have to reflect these in our prices. This is notice of our reluctant intent to have to make these changes shortly.

This promises to be a real spectacle – one of the most fabulous and emotive

rides we’ve done & will be led by Andy and Hugh and the team.

Cycle for Nicola Ride 3 June

LifesCycle regular Paul Barry and friends are raise funds for the Nicola Murray

foundation by cycling from Edinburgh to Lourdes in southern France. LifesCycle

looks forward to helping support the cause.

Madonna Ride 22 July

A special ride to help LifesCycle friends fundraise for  Cancer Research

Free Drop-In Physiotherapy Clinic’ on Wednesday 23rd May  

from 6pm until after the 7.40pm class  with Richard from PhysioinSport

* BTW -  Our lovely new bikes – we have a fresh new start and we would like your help in

taking  good care of the tools of our trade. Everyone HAS TO HAVE A TOWEL. You

can bring one, rent one, buy one.

Quite simply, it’s not for our own or your benefit

and to mop our brows, it is to stop the salt (yeugh) cascading all over our lovely

new bikes from day 1. 

They need a wipe down and TLC after each ride too – so be  really good if as part of your routine,  you could help us with this after every session :

1 Back off resistance rod fully

2 Raise Handlebars and seat fully

3 Wipe frame , concentrating on area directly below rider

4 Wipe flywheel

5 Wipe left-hand crank

All this will make a huge difference and takes about 30-40 seconds .
