Online Payment

On-line payment for classes is now live. This provides a quick and easy method to pay for classes at the time of booking thus extending the benefit of on-line booking.

Please note that on-line payment is optional. You are not required to pay on-line in order to make a booking but we hope you will appreciate the convenience of being able to do so.

Please read on for a quick guide to how on-line payment works.

How does it work?

Classes are priced in “credits”, when you look at the class details you will see the class price shown as some number of credits dependent upon the class. If you choose to make a booking the number of credits indicated will be deducted from your account (assuming you have sufficient credits on your account). If you have insufficient credits you will have the opportunity to buy additional credits but you may simply proceed with the booking and pay as normal when you attend the class.

What are the prices?

Currently the 45 minute and 1 hour classes are priced at 6 Credits, the 1 hour 30 minute classes at 8 Credits and the 2 hour classes at 10 Credits.

How do I buy Credits?

Credits are available for purchase on-line through the on-line booking system shop. This uses secure on-line payment through Paypal allowing card payments or payment from your own Paypal account. When you make a purchase through the shop the credits will be added to your on-line booking account immediately.

You can also buy credits in person at the studio by cash or cheque. Credits purchased in this way will be added to your account manually by the reception staff.

How much do Credits cost?

The basic “exchange rate” is 1 Credit = £1.

The on-line shop initially provides a number of “packages” that will provide sufficient credits for single classes as well as multi-class packages.

For example, there are packages for purchasing 6 Credits for £6 (or multiples thereof), 7 Credits for £7 (or multiples thereof) as well as a multi-class package to purchase 36 Credits for £30 – giving you 6 regular classes for the price of 5. You can of course make similar purchases in person at the studio as described previously.

How do I know how many Credits I have?

When you log-in to the booking system the number of Credits you currently have on your account is shown at the head of the page. This updates as you make or cancel bookings or purchase additional credits as described above. This detail is only shown if you have Credits on your account – so if you have 0 Credits nothing will be shown.

Clicking on the “Your Settings” link at the top of the page also allows you to see how many credits you have and gives you the opportunity to visit the on-line shop and purchase credits at any time.

What if I book and then cancel?

If you make a booking for which credits are deducted from your account then if you cancel the booking the credits will be refunded to your account.

What if my booking is wait-listed?

Credits will only be deducted if your booking is promoted from the Wait List.

What if I have insufficient credits for a class?

If you have credits on your account but not enough for a class payment then no credits will be deducted from your account if you book the class – credits are not used for partial payment on-line.

However, when attending the class you may ask the reception staff to deduct credits from your account as partial payment and pay the difference by cash or cheque.

If you make a booking and then subsequently purchase credits those credits will not automatically be used as payment – credits must be on the account at the time of booking in order to be automatically used as payment for a class.
