On-Line Booking Quick Guide

Booking on-line is quick and easy! This is a quick guide to how-to guide to help you get started.

Create an account

Before booking classes on-line you need to create an account on the booking system. You can do this the first time you visit the booking system by clicking on the “Create a new user account” on the booking system login page.

You’ll need to provide an email address and password (which you will use the log-in subsequently) plus some contact information to help us contact you should it be necessary, for example, for any last minute changes to any class you may have booked.

It is important to get your email address correct as an email is sent to the address you provide for you to confirm your account setup by responding as directed.

If you do not receive the confirmation email first make some checks as described in “Not getting emails?” below. If you have no joy there please contact us so that we can check the status of your account and help activate it.

Making a booking

All you need to do to make a booking is log-in with your account details, click on the class you would like to ride, click on “New Booking” and then “Create Booking”. You will get a visual and email confirmation of your booking.

What if a ride is full?

If the ride is full then instead of New Booking the option “Add to waiting list” is shown. Clicking this will then give you the option to add yourself to the waiting list by clicking “Create Booking”. If you choose this you will automatically be placed on the Wait List and be given an indication of this (by email and a “W” symbol next to your booking).

If there are cancellations then riders are promoted from the Wait List on a strict first-in-first-out basis. You will get an email notification if you are promoted from the Wait List but you may also check by logging in to the booking system (is the “W” symbol still shown against your booking or not) or of course by phone.

Cancelling a booking

Should you need to cancel a booked ride (or a ride for which you are wait-listed) you may do so on-line up to an hour before the ride. After this we ask you to phone in your cancellation to give us the best chance of giving another rider your seat at short notice – remember that other rider could be you some day!

To cancel a booking on-line simply log-in, click on the “Agenda” tab to see your current bookings, click on the “Edit” icon for the booking you wish to cancel, click on the “Edit” icon in the View Ride pop-up and finally click on “Delete Booking”. Your booking details will be updated and you will be sent an email confirmation of your cancellation.

Not Getting Emails?

If you are not getting the expected emails, e.g., no registration confirmation email, be sure to check your spam/junk box as your ISP or email program may be filtering out the emails sent by “noreply@supersaas.com”. If this is the case you should be able to teach your email program to accept such emails or request your ISP not to filter them as spam. Unfortunately we can’t control your ISP or email program…
